We also have an impressive back catalogue of previous projects including:
Working with the largest privately owned Maintenance Company in the UK, Integral, we ensured 30 Anchor Housing properties at Sowerby Bridge received a Combi Conversion Programme. Integral were also the main contractor on a project we worked on properties in Wrexham to received combi swaps and conversions under Wrexham Borough Council.
Working alongside Liberty Gas, we supervised the Government’s Warm Front Scheme. With thousands of properties under our regulation, we oversaw the running of the contract which kept Liberty in the top 10% of UK contractors. (Monitored on a monthly basis).
Complheat partners with leading suppliers in the heating industry to offer a comprehensive range of energy-efficient boilers up, along with air source heat pumps. These boilers are designed to reduce energy bills and help your estate meet its sustainability goals.
If reducing your carbon footprint is a priority but the cost of a full alternative system seems prohibitive, consider hybrid heating as a viable alternative. This approach combines air or ground source heat pumps with a traditional non-renewable heat source (either an existing boiler or a new one installed as part of a hybrid upgrade). This solution is ideal if upgrading radiators and pipework is impractical or too expensive. Consulting with a heating expert can provide a fuller picture.
At Complheat, we prioritise first-class service for your residents. Our engineers ensure that any exposed carpets, flooring, or surfaces are fully protected while they work. All of our experienced engineers are Gas Safe and MCS certified. We manage all aspects of your heating and boiler annual servicing program, from sending appointment letters to providing the correct compliance documents.
We simplify new boiler installations for you and your residents. A dedicated contract manager will be your point of contact, working with you to deliver the installation program. Provide us with a list of properties requiring replacements, and we also offer reactive replacements for properties where repair is not economical or possible. We coordinate with your tenants to ensure installation times are convenient and provide detailed reports on the work carried out for your records.
