About Us

A business built on honesty, efficiency, reliability and guarantees

Complheat Heating and Plumbing Liverpool is based around the experienced partnership of Alan O’Reilly and Jeff Ellis.

With decades of experience in the domestic and gas plumbing industry, as well as years of management experience, we run an efficient and friendly service that is completely ‘customer focused’.

We believe that recommendation and word of mouth are central to our company’s reputation, and we strive to deliver the best possible service at a fair price. What makes up our customer-centric philosophy?

Honesty is the best policy…

Some people may be concerned about having tradesmen in their homes, that the quality of work will be satisfactory, fairly priced and, above all, fully safe and legal. At Complheat Heating and Plumbing Liverpool all of our operatives are suitably qualified for any works they undertake. We are Gas Safe Registered, PAS2030 accredited, along with CHAS and Constructionline and qualified for the installation of Solar PV and Solar Thermal work. We pride ourselves in our integrity and our belief that we deliver an extremely high quality of work for a competitive price:

  • We arrange a time and date suitable for the client
  • We carry out a site survey to discuss our client’s requirements with them
  • We give honest advice based on information gathered
  • If it can be done, we will do our utmost to achieve a clients aims
  • We treat every individual and their property with respect
  • We deliver a “Safety Briefing” on starting the job, to keep clients safe, and informed about their project
  • After the completion of works we ensure the property is as clean and tidy as we found it

Need more convincing?

We are only happy when customers are given full facts and completely understand how work in their homes will be carried out and what happens afterwards. At Complheat Heating & Plumbing we pride ourselves on ensuring that our customers are given full facts beforehand and provide excellent follow-up support and aftercare:

  • We are visitors in our clients homes and our aim is to make people feel comfortable with the fact that we are there
