Working with the largest privately owned Maintenance Company in the UK, Integral, we ensured 30 Anchor Housing properties at Sowerby Bridge received a Combi Conversion Programme. Integral were also the main contractor on a project we worked on properties in Wrexham to received combi swaps and conversions under Wrexham Borough Council.
Working alongside Liberty Gas, we supervised the Government’s Warm Front Scheme. With thousands of properties under our regulation, we oversaw the running of the contract which kept Liberty in the top 10% of UK contractors. (Monitored on a monthly basis).

This approach combines air or ground source heat pumps with a traditional non-renewable heat source (either an existing boiler or a new one installed as part of a hybrid upgrade). We simplify new boiler installations for you and your residents. A dedicated contract manager will be your point of contact, working with you to deliver the installation program. Provide us with a list of properties requiring replacements, and we also offer reactive replacements for properties where repair is not economical or possible. We coordinate with your tenants to ensure installation times are convenient and provide detailed reports on the work carried out for your records.
