Recently tendered projects include two exciting schemes for private developers including 8 executive houses in Formby and a following 6 properties in Widnes.

Working with the largest privately owned Maintenance Company in the UK, Integral, we ensured 30 Anchor Housing properties at Sowerby Bridge received a Combi Conversion Programme. Integral were also the main contractor on a project we worked on for 40 properties in Wrexham to received combi swaps and conversions under Wrexham Borough Council.
Working alongside Liberty Gas, we supervised the Government’s Warm Front Scheme. With thousands of properties under our regulation, we oversaw the running of the contract which kept Liberty in the top 10% of UK contractors. (Monitored by Carillion on a monthly basis).
